Your skin is like a sponge, it will absorb all the nutrients that it needs from the foods that you already have in the fridge or on the kitchen counter.

Your skin gets tired just like you do, it gets thirsty like you do.


Do you drink a fresh mix of fruit and veges in the morning? Feed the skin at the same time. Apply a thin coat of the elixir. And rinse it off in 5 min. Glowing skin guaranteed!


Apply it to the skin like a mask. Leave it on for 5-10 min. Rinse and treat it with a great serum and a moisturizer. The fresh enzymes and vitamins will do wonders for the skin.


My favorite products for facial masks are

  • Honey (moisturizing and soothing)
  • Avocado (moisturizing and healing)
  • Yogurt or Buttermilk (exfoliating and skin brightening)
  • Oatmeal (exfoliating and moisturizing)
  • Raspberries (exfoliating and skin protecting and repairing)
  • Papaya (exfoliating and vitamin boosting)

Home made facial masks are great for your hair too. Prepare a shower cap while whipping one of these wonderful masks and aply directly to your dry hair.

Masks should be applied once a week so my favorite day to do this is Sunday.  


TIP: If you blend the mask well that becomes whipped you can walk around the house with it on without worries that it would fall off the face. If you don't get it whipped it may have large clumps of fruits which will fall off of your face as soon as you start moving aroung. I use the pesto bowl to mix my special mixtures.



This mask gently exfoliates and nourishes making the skin radiant and healthy looking.


What you need is very simple: 

  1. 20 raspberries
  2. two sppons of whipped papaya 
  3. a dash of water

​ Mix the content together and apply to freshly cleansed skin in circular motion. Gently work from the neck up to your forehead, you should spend at least 1 min rubbing and adding the remaining mixture as it dries out. Leave the mask on the face for an additional 5 minutes and relax. Rinse the skin with luke warm water and apply  peptide 




This is a super fruit; It contains the highest amount of antioxidants and it is considered a Natural Sunscreen as it fights free radicals from damaging your skin. You can eat it and rub it on the face and the whole body before going out to the sun.(Use a regular sunscreen on top of it to increase the protection)



Delicious mask rich in avocado oils and proteins. Apply weekly for a supple and glowing skin. Not only your skin but also your hair will love it too! What you need is simple:

1. half of very rippen avocado

2. 1 tablespoon of greek or other yogurt


Mix the avocado and yogurt in a mortar and pesto bowl until it has a creamy consistency. Apply a generous amount and reapply when absorbed. You will be amazed to see your skin swallowing this mask. Rinse with warm water and apply our favorite peptide.



Extremely soothing and moisturizing mask due to a high sugar content. The added bonus--yougurt can brighten the freckles and discolorations. You can substitute yogurt for buttermilk for better results. It is the lactic acid that produces the lightening effect.

This mask is an excellent after sun remedy. It prevents skin from peeling. Apply to anywhere on the body for this soothing effect.


What you need is very simple:

1. two tablespoons of honey

2. half of rippen bannana

3. one tablespoon of yogurt


​Mix that together with a wisk or use mortar and pesto bowl . Apply to the skin immediately after cleansing it with AHA cleanser. Leave it on for 7 min. Rinse and apply moisturizer.



Because of the natural fuit acids in the pineapple or lemon juice this scrub tends to bleach or lighten the face. Leave it on the skin for 5 min for sensitive skin and 10 min for oily skin. Rinse well with cool water and immediately apply moisturizer.


1. one tablespoon of freshly crushed pinapple

2. one tablespoon of grounded flaxseed or cormeal Blend the ingredients in mortar and pesto bowl until you see a smooth consistency. Apply to freshly cleansed skin. Gently makes circles from the neck to around the nose. Repeat 3 times. You should spend at least 2 min on this process. Leave the products on the skin for another 5 min.
